Abstract

In this article, the theoretical-methodological framework of the research to be considered as part of the field work at the Center for Attention to Students with Disabilities (CAED) No. 065 located in Toluca, State of Mexico, is explicit in pedagogical prospective. The letter shows the problem situation of the Center, which denotes difficulties that limit the application of the certification examination aimed at students with disabilities of the upper secondary educational level during confinement by SAR COV-2. This epistemic gap is approached from the theoretical postulate of Integral Peace of the Doctor in Sociology Eduardo Andrés Sandoval Forero, with the aim of designing a distance evaluation model, in the pretense of guaranteeing the constitutional rights and individual guarantees of the student.
