Physical performance of fourth year cadets of the officer school of the National Police of Peru.
Abstract
The objective of the research was: to determine the influence of motivation on the physical performance of the fourth-year cadets of the School of Officers of the National Police of Peru. It was a study with a quasi-experimental design in order to measure the degree of influence of the independent variable, which is motivation, on the dependent variable, physical performance. A population of 200 cadets is used and two groups are formed: one experimental and one control. The Cooper test for aerobic endurance and the Burpee test for anaerobic endurance are applied. Among the main results is the direct and significant influence of motivation on the physical performance of cadets.
