The competences of teachers in the management of digital tools in times of pandemic in the National University of Education.
Abstract
This article aims to determine the level of association between teachers' digital skills and teacher training in the use of digital tools in UNE teachers. A descriptive non-experimental quantitative study was developed, investigating two areas of digital competence: communication and collaboration, and problem solving. Statistical reliability test of the instrument developed, validity through expert judgment and reliability through Cronbach's alpha (0.821) was performed. As conclusions, it is established that it will be necessary to develop a strengthening plan for teaching digital skills that have not been developed satisfactorily, especially those related to the management of digital tools.
