Prospective strategic planning in academic management in Public Higher Technological Institutes.

Abstract

The study of prospective strategic planning in the academic management of Higher Technological Institutes in Ecuador, has taken on great relevance as these are recently part of the Higher Education system, the objective of this research is to demonstrate that prospective strategic planning improves academic management in the Higher Public Technological Institutes of the Santo Domingo de los Tsa'chilas province; in addition, to incorporate the prospective in the management process that becomes a component of innovation in the academic management of Institutes, which strengthens the performance of these institutions at the local and on that basis design a planning that aligns academic management with comprehensive treatment in the productive, social, cultural and economic spheres.
