Abstract
The purpose of the study is to present findings of the educational experience of students with multiple disabilities and / or developmental disorders and family at the beginning of confinement by SARS-Cov2. 25 mothers with children between 4 and 13 years old participated, who completed an interview that explores four topics: emotional state of boys and girls, emotional and attitudinal state: family nucleus, experience of the distance education modality and adaptive skills acquired in home. The results show that faced with negative emotions, the mothers applied strategies to be able to adapt. Likewise, progress is reported in the adaptive skills of students under the distance education model. Finally, some areas are shown that translate into new educational challenges.
