Characteristics of the communication process between teachers and students of the Pedagogical University of the State of Sinaloa (UPES) in times of pandemic. The students' perspective.
Abstract
This article presents the results obtained in the research entitled "The virtual communication process: A vision from the UPES pedagogy student body" where the teacher-student communication process of the UPES Pedagogy Degree carried out is described. in time of pandemic. The methodology used was qualitative using the case study method and the online interview applied to 72 students for data collection. The conclusions highlight the actions of the teacher, considering their dialogues with the student, and the importance of the digital humanist practice based on empathy and unconditional acceptance to strengthen the prosumer action.
