The pedagogical accompaniment to promote the professional induction of the new teacher in the Normal School.
Abstract
In Higher Education, attention to the induction process of the novice teacher is becoming increasingly important, due to the multiplicity of factors that intervene in the arrival of new teacher trainers at Normal Schools. Within the study, theoretical epistemological contributions are made around the process of induction and pedagogical accompaniment, as well as those essential elements in Higher Education, such as the substantive functions and public policies that govern its operation; essential elements to support the design of a pedagogical accompaniment program, linking the teaching, research, and extension/dissemination processes at the "General Ignacio M. Beteta" Normal School of Physical Education.
