Abstract

Internal communication is a means of intervention in the management of change in organizations. The objective of this work was to know the number of empirical articles and theoretical articles, the average number of authors, institutional affiliation, nationality, language and the methodological characteristics of article production. The methodology used was a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive research design; the universe was made up of 377 articles, of which 243 correspond to DOAJ; to SciELO 87 and, to Redalyc 47 articles. As conclusions, only six articles met the established criteria, of these articles one was published in Portuguese and the others in Spanish.
