Educational management and the quality of the educational service.
Abstract
This research is aimed at specifying the relationship given by educational management (GE) and the quality of educational service (CSE) in students who finish high school. It was developed with the hypothetical - deductive method, general and specific hypotheses were raised, then the descriptive and inferential statistical variables were measured to define reality and its problems. The study is quantitative, evaluative, correlational, and was carried out with 20 teachers and 60 students. The data was collected with a questionnaire and processed using SPSS version 21.0. The result, when applying Spearman with p=0.000 (p<0.05), is a value of 0.713, which is interpreted as associated variables studied, concluding that there is a high significant relationship between the processes.
