Knowledge management in Mexican museums: a challenge.

Abstract

The historical and cultural roots of a society are identified on the world map, as well as allow us to understand the problems in which it is immersed, and the museums that practice knowledge management are an important mediation to achieve the link between the past, present and future; hence, it is constituted as a great challenge at present to achieve it. This paper aims to establish the relationship that museums must maintain with knowledge management through a review of the literature, finding that it is a challenge for the vast majority of museums in the Mexican Republic.
