E-Government; a systematic review.
Abstract
The article reviews the necessary factors for the successful adoption of electronic government, which has been incorporated into public administration to improve communication between government and citizens. The Scopus and Scielo databases were consulted regarding the telecommunications infrastructure, the capacity of human resources and the availability of online services and content. The studies found conclude that it is important to guarantee communication between governments and their citizens to adopt an efficient electronic government. The development of an efficient electronic government stimulates positive economic and technological conditions and guarantees citizen participation to improve communication with the State and make good decisions.
