Abstract

The purpose of the article is to synthesize some social practices of an academic space that have become the basis for the production of social inequality and vulnerability, characterized not only by the reinforcement of benefits in favor of the privileged, but have also been supported legally and institutionally, which has generated as a novelty an exceptional situation where the authority tries to reactivate the sanctioning aspect of the norm against teachers where the authority tries to reactivate the sanctioning aspect of the norm against teachers transformed into vulnerable.
