Reflect as a teaching strategy to identify emotions of university students.
Abstract
The present work is action research of practical design, with an interpretive approach and its purpose is to identify the emotions of the fifth period undergraduate students of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas during the first semester of 2023, with the purpose of promoting empathy and an inclusive classroom where the student can express their emotions for the development of socio-emotional skills. The incorporation of Reflect from Microsoft Teams during 16 weeks of class is proposed as a teaching strategy. The results showed that the predominant emotion was fatigue; Finally, it is recommended to prioritize activities that promote a healthy classroom; In conclusion, this application favors emotional granularity by incorporating socio-emotional education in the classroom.
