The Quality Management System in Higher Education Institutions.
Abstract
The institution is certified in the international standard ISO 9001:2008. The Quality Management System is made up of 48 procedures, and for this research, it will only cover three procedures in the area of school services, which is where clients have the most participation, and where long lines are also observed. The study area of this research will analyze the concepts related to the quality of school services, the instruments, strategies, factors and tools that allow determining the quality of the service; in order to provide well-founded ideas that support the objective, where the perception that clients have of the Universidad Popular de la Chontalpa will be determined.
