Educational infrastructure in Mexico: a view from the public policy.
Abstract
In this article, a brief historical review is made that intends to give an account of the actions that the federal governments in turn executed to improve the conditions of the schools, during the period 1920-2000, which could be considered the antecedent of a deliberate state intervention, that is closer to what is currently known as public policy. With this historical approach, it is expected to have the references to reflect on the way in which the Mexican State has intervened in the educational infrastructure, as a matter of public interest.
