Academic promotion of leadership elements that generate school performance.
Abstract
After a review by experts, using statistical values of mode and mean, 4 elements were chosen: sense of transcendence, proactive behavior, being collaborative, and humility. The results indicate that students perceive that self-regulation, having good self-esteem, managing positive reactions and organizational commitment are reflected in their academic activities and give them leadership skills to achieve progress, development and achievement of objectives that could be useful when completing their university studies.
