Stress associated with clinical practices in the Bachelor of Nursing students.

Abstract

The objective of the research is to determine if stress is associated with clinical practices in nursing degree students. The study was carried out at the “Faculty of Nursing and Obstetrics” UAEMéx, city of Toluca, State of Mexico, taking into account the morning and afternoon shifts with a total of 1373 students, of which only a random sample of 112 students was taken, getting only responses from 97 people. The research is quantitative, descriptive and the “stress test” instrument was applied. It was found that 37 students present a medium level of stress, and 60 students present a high level of stress with different physical manifestations. As a result, different suggestions are put forward.
