Legal analysis of conciliation mechanisms in labor conflicts.
Abstract
This study delves into conciliation processes as an essential instrument in the resolution of labor disputes and into the legal and practical complexities of these mechanisms, highlighting their fundamental role in the preservation of labor rights and the promotion of a fair work environment. The investigation examines in detail both the Arbitration and Mediation Law and the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador. The comprehensive analysis seeks to offer a deep understanding of how the interaction between arbitration law and the Constitution contributes to the facilitation of labor conciliation, thus promoting fair and sustainable labor relations in the Ecuadorian context.
