Training demands of university students from the Faculty of Commerce and Administration of Victoria (FCAV), Autonomous University of Tamaulipas (UAT): for a humanistic, fair and sustainable society.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the training needs of the staff of the Faculty of Commerce and Administration of Victoria-UAT, which are essential for them to develop their functions based on the criteria defined in international and institutional educational policies and in the educational legislation of Mexico on the humanistic vision. To this end, a questionnaire was designed for 182 university actors (students, professors and administrators), requesting their opinion on the need for training in topics related to institutional policy, finding the following as relevant: peace, quality, inclusion and equity; as well as human rights, quality, equity, tolerance and lifelong learning; evidencing consistency with the humanistic institutional vision of UAT, international policies and the country's regulations.
