Educational conversational agent for the Bachelor in Earth Sciences.

Abstract

The general aim of this qualitative research is to build and analyze the Conversational Agent on the educational process of programming (control structure if) for the Bachelor in Earth Sciences. In this study, the respondents believe that the Agent Conversational represents an innovative technological option for the educational field because this tool allows the personalization of learning, flexibility of time and space, increased of the motivation and resolution of doubts in real time. In conclusion, educators can rely on technology in order to improve the teaching-learning process. In particular, the Conversational Agent is an alternative to promote the understanding of the school topics through voice and text.
