Education as a modifier of nutrition from its beginnings to the present: perspectives for 2030.
Abstract
Man is a social being, from which biological development and his psychological conditioning cannot be separated. These budgets, together with culture, favor the implementation of community actions for the benefit of achieving an adequate state of health. In the last ten years, very good reviews, discussions, methodologies and works on anthropological research in food and education have been published. For this reason, this work briefly presents the topic, the theoretical perspectives, as well as some of the researchers who have had the most influence in this field. Special attention has been paid to a set of methodological and technical recommendations for research.
