Education in rights of people with disabilities: Transforming professional practices in the university environment.
Abstract
This systematic review analyses the impact of education in rights of people with disabilities on the professional practice of university graduates. The findings indicate a positive and lasting effect, increasing knowledge about rights and promoting inclusive practices. The impact varies by academic discipline, being more notable in health and education. Graduates face barriers such as lack of institutional support. Innovative strategies like gamification and technology use are suggested to improve education. Future research should focus on evaluating long-term impact in different cultural contexts.
