The appropriation of digital competencies in higher education in the context of learning communities.
Abstract
This paper presents the results of a qualitative research study conducted with students from the Bachelor's Program in Pedagogy and Educational Intervention, as well as from the Master's Program in Basic Education at the National Pedagogical University. This research aimed to identify their perceptions about the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) and artificial intelligence (AI) in their professional training and practice. Techniques such as interviews and descriptive questionnaires were used. The results show a low level of mastery of digital competencies in educational processes and the completion of academic tasks, and that this knowledge can be developed by strengthening critical thinking, self-regulation, and autonomy in learning communities.
