Research protocol for the scientific support of a didactic strategy based on Information and Communication Technologies for the improvement of the teaching-learning process of the subject Virtual Learning Environments.
Abstract
This research aimed to develop a didactic strategy based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to enhance the teaching and learning process of the subject Virtual Learning Environments. The findings indicate that, although both teachers and students show a positive attitude toward the use of ICT, there are ongoing challenges related to curriculum updates, pedagogical guidance, and institutional support for implementation. Based on the analysis, a didactic strategy was created to adjust the current indicative program by incorporating collaborative activities, accessible digital platforms, and connecting pedagogical theory with practice in virtual environments. It is concluded that the proposed strategy helps strengthen digital teaching skills and addresses the actual needs of the educational context examined.
