Human Resource Management supported by Artificial Intelligence tools: an exploratory study.
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) currently plays an increasingly important role in Human Resource Management (HRM), as it has great potential to benefit both employees and organizations. Its implementation allows for greater efficiency, accuracy, competitiveness, and, in many cases, significant cost reductions. This research analyzes how the implementation of AI streamlines administrative processes, optimizes the use of human capital, and increases organizational success. It also proposes a resource- and knowledge-based competency framework that allows for the assessment of an organization's readiness to adopt AI. This framework offers a theoretical perspective and practical guidance for implementing AI strategies in HRM.
