Experiences of the nursing social service brigade member in the pedagogical development and the linking of theory with practice.
Abstract
The link between theory and practice in the academic preparation of nursing students is essential for ensuring a comprehensive and equitable education. The educational experiences in this process are crucial, as they act as a bridge between academic knowledge and its application in real-world settings. A qualitative study with a phenomenological design was conducted, and three categories emerged from the analysis: 1. The teacher's role as a facilitator of meaningful learning, 2. Strategies for integrating theory and practice, and 3. The impact on student training. The study concludes that it is important to improve and examine teaching practices, and that this process will not only advance the quality of education but also directly impact the training of future professionals.
