Teacher professionalization and professional training of university students: a literature review.

Abstract

The present study aims to analyze the scientific production published during the last ten years (2015-2025) regarding teacher professionalization and its relationship with the professional training of university students, to determine the thematic axes that contribute to an integrative view of this phenomenon. The literature review was carried out with a qualitative-interpretative approach, where scientific articles indexed in recognized databases were analyzed. The research made it possible to identify four thematic axes: the state of the art of teacher professionalization, teacher training, professional training of university students, and university practice and teaching. The results confirm the significance of teacher professionalization and its impact on the quality of the professional training of university students.
