Influencia de los actos jurídicos internacionales sobre la legislación y la práctica de aplicar sanciones penales alternativas al encarcelamiento en la Federación de Rusia.
Resumen
El artículo destaca el desarrollo del sistema de castigo, que representa una alternativa al encarcelamiento en Rusia, teniendo en cuenta la influencia de los actos jurídicos internacionales. El autor se centra en las principales áreas de esta influencia, proporciona datos sobre las problemáticas en el campo y los resultados del trabajo realizado para eliminarlos. Los problemas se analizan teniendo en cuenta los datos estadísticos de la Federación de Rusia.
