Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators December 2020 Special Edition on the occasion of the 1st Virtual International Congress of Psychology, Special Education and Health Sciences 2020. The 29 papers published are the result of scientific researches by professors-researchers and students from universities and research centers from 5 countries such as Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain and Mexico, which were approved under the double-blind peer evaluation system carried out by the External Scientific Council of the journal with prior approval of the Editorial Committee evaluators.
