“Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values” journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators the Special Edition July 2018 on the occasion of the IX International Congress of Educational Research and Technological Innovation held in Babahoyo city, Ecuador, during the 16th and 18th of May, 2018. This event was co-sponsored by the Center for Studies on Educational Quality and Scientific Research (Mexico), The Technical University of Babahoyo (Ecuador), the University of Bolivar (Ecuador), the Knowledge Transfer Company "Ablibitum SA" (Ecuador) and Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal (Mexico). This issue presents the 57 papers (in article format), through which the results of research activity of students, teachers, researchers and managers in different areas of knowledge from countries such as Cuba, Ecuador and Mexico were discussed.
