Dilemas contemporáneos: Educación, Política y Valores journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators the June 2021 Special Edition, where 64 research papers are published, resulting from the scientific production of researchers-professors from Universities and Research Centers from countries such as Azerbaijan, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador. Of the previous total, 62 papers were presented at the 1st International Scientific Congress on Research and Development UNIANDES Ibarra-Tulcán 2021, held from April 27 to 29, 2021 in Ecuador. We thank everyone for their preference with our journal.
