Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators the Special Edition November 2018 on the occasion of the International Congress of University Research and Innovation held in Quevedo city, Ecuador, between 29th and 31st of August, 2018. This event was co-sponsored by the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes (Ecuador), the Center for Studies for Educational Quality and Scientific Research (Mexico), the State Technical University of Quevedo, the Faculty of Business Administration and Finance of the University of Guaranda, the Company of Knowledge Transfer "Ablibitum SA" (Ecuador) and Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal (Mexico). This issue presents the 64 oral presentations (in article format), with the results of the research activity of students, teachers, researchers and managers in the different areas of knowledge from countries such as Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico and United States.
