Dilemas Contemporáneos: Educación, Política y Valores journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators the October 2021 Special Edition, where 124 research papers are published, resulting from the scientific production of researchers-professors from Universities and Research Centers from countries such as Chile, Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Spain. Of the previous total, 95 papers are presented that were approved to participate in the 1st Virtual International Congress "Debates on Education and Politics in the XXI century", Toluca, State of Mexico, Mexico.
