Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators November 2019 Special Edition, where 136 research works are published, resulting from the scientific production of researchers from Universities and Research Centers worldwide. From the previous total, the first 60 articles belong to authors from Cuba, Ecuador and Peru; scientific works that were presented in the 10th International Congress of Research and Technological Innovation held from August 28th to 30th in the Technical University of Babahoyo, Ecuador. Afterwards, this edition also hosts other 76 articles that specify research results by authors from 14 countries such as Azerbaijan, China, Cyprus, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
