Contemporary Dilemmas: Education, Politics and Values journal is pleased to present to its readers and collaborators the June 2019 Special Edition, where 152 research works are published, resulting from the scientific production of researchers from Universities and Research Centers. From that previous total, 92 articles belong to authors from Cuba, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru. The articles will be presented at the 2nd International Congress of University Research and Innovation to be held in Quevedo city, Ecuador from june 19 to 21, 2019. This Congress has been sponsored, in addition, by the Autonomous Regional University of The Andes (UNIANDES) in Ecuador, the Latin American Association of Neutrosophical Sciences, the Center of Studies for Educational Quality and Scientific Research in Toluca, Mexico, and ABLIBITUM Company in Ecuador. The remaining 60 research works included reflect research results of authors from Iran, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia and Ukraine. We thank everyone for their preference with our journal.
